Content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, code and functionality is copyrighted as collective work under the South African and other copyright laws, and is the property of KB Unique Traders. The collective work includes works that are licensed to KB Unique Traders. All rights reserved.
Limitation of Liability
KB Unique Traders shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the products on this site or the performance of the products, even if KB Unique Traders has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by KB Unique Traders without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KB Unique Traders, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the “Service Providers”) from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.
Delivery and Returns
Delivery
Once the order has been placed and paid for the ordered goods will be collected by a reputable Courier Company within 1 to 3 days for delivery. Deliveries can only be made to street addresses.
The purchaser will be notified of the tracking number via email. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to follow up on the courier tracking.
Returns
The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify KB Unique Traders via email or telephone within 7 working days of delivery if the Goods are to be exchanged. This could result from incorrect or damaged item being delivered.
If the Buyer fails to do so, the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods. Goods returned must be in a new and unused condition.
Where a claim of damage is made, the Goods shall be returned by the Buyer to KB Unique Traders for a replacement after receiving prior confirmation by KB Unique Traders via e-mail.
KB Unique Traders will replace the goods or refund the cost of the goods once inspected; however, courier costs are non-refundable unless it’s an error made by KB Unique Traders.
All returns are the responsibility of the Buyer until the returned Goods reach KB Unique Traders in good order.
The Buyer remains liable for any courier costs, applicable to return the goods sent for exchange to KB Unique Traders for the exchanged items to be delivered to the Buyer.
General Conditions
KB Unique Traders does not offer any warranty or guarantee on their products. Please note that return requests / refunds will only be processed once your email request (see above) has been received by KB Unique Traders, and should we undertake to carry out any action, once the item is subsequently received by KB Unique Traders.
